Registration

A place will be reserved for you upon receiving your registration form. A course confirmation email will be sent to you one week prior to the course date.
Acknowledgment email after submission of form IS NOT a confirmation email

Invoicing and Payment

• Payment must be received before course commencement. For special arrangements and requests for a longer credit term, please contact us at behavioralsciencesingapore@gmail.com
• You will receive a separate confirmation email with details for the training session

Withdrawals, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Once the confirmation email is sent out, no postponement is allowed but a replacement is accepted. Full payment will also be charged for no show.

• Cancellation of registration must be in writing to jaslyn@cbs.com.
• Cancellation charges apply as follows:
• More than 7 working days before course commencement: 50% of course fees
• Between 1 to 7 working days before course commencement: 80% of course fees

If CBS cancels a class: CBS reserves the right to cancel any class at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason for such cancellations. In the event that the registrant's class is cancelled prior to its commencement, CBS will make a full refund of the course fees (if any) already paid by the registrant.
