Supervising and managing others can be a tough job. Between managing your own time and projects, helping your team members solve problems and complete tasks, and helping other supervisors, your day can fill up before you know it. When an employee’s talents are not channeled correctly, their behavior can seriously compromise the success of an organization. People empowerment can be a very effective tool within the field of people management. The question is: what do managers, supervisors really need to master in order to unlock their people’s potential and to empower their team? This workshop will help Managers-Supervisors become more efficient and proficient on how to exercise their authority; delegate properly; understand the importance of responsibility and accountability, and the importance of communicating with employees in an effective way. They can understand the crucial abilities they need to master in order to become effective and make sure the job is done.

By combining his knowledge in Psychology, Counselling and NLP coaching techniques, together with his long term business experience in the corporate world, Leonardo has the capacity to help people, business executives and companies to create solutions to today’s challenges of retention, recruitment, work-life balance, stress, relationship conflict and burnout. Leonardo’s passion is to promote cultures where individuals thrive to be efficient and productive, while taking care of their health and wellbeing.

Leonardo has twenty years of professional experience as a senior executive in the corporate business. A native Italian, he has lived in Singapore since 1995, and traveled extensively for business in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe.
