Boost Your Emotional Resilience – Improve your Adversity Quotient (AQ) to deal with challenges

A person’s emotional resilience refers to their psychological ability to cope with or adapt to, pressure, change, and stress. Emotional resilience is not something you either do or do not have, it is a trait you can work on and build. Adversity Quotient (AQ) is a measurement of a person’s resilience. It is a gauge and a measure of how you deal with everything from stress at work to your personal life and the sudden adversities and challenges that we are presented every now and then. The more resilient you are, the more constructively and effectively you can respond to and work through difficulties and perform well under pressure.

Angie Toh is a Peak performance Coach and a member of International Coach Federation (ICF) with over 20 years of experience who will share enlightening stories and case studies that demonstrates how you can conquer negativity and inspire others to adopt a positive attitude through training and private coaching.
Angie’s last corporate role was with a global leadership and coaching organization as the Director of Coach Certification. She was heading the coaching division for the organization in Asia as well as leading a team of sales staff globally. She decided to leave the corporate world to focus on her passion for training and coaching full time in 2012.
