Develop Inner Peace and Joy with Mindfulness

Stress reduction Techniques Revealed! Enrol in this fun, practical and step-by-step course to start applying mindfulness practice at work to reduce stress.

In our day to day busy life, are we mindful or our mind is full? For most of us, our mind is full; full of worries, the long list of to-do list, finding solutions to deal with work and life challenges etc etc. We find ourselves doing more but achieving less and feeling overwhelmed and burnt out.

Based on a recent research by Willis Towers Watson, 60% of Singapore staff experience above average or high level of stress. High level of stress often leads to difficulty concentrating, absenteeism and poor work quality. In addition to a decrease in productivity, chronic stress had been linked with an increased risk of health problems, especially dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The good news is though we cannot totally avoid stress in our life, we can learn to improve our wellness and reduce stress through mindfulness practice and simple, practical stress reduction techniques.
