Body Language & Self-Confidence - Powerful Tools for Effective Communication |
|
Introduction |
|
Real Confidence is the fuel that empowers us to maximize our performance, potential and success.
What many of us fail to be aware of is that confidence is a positive belief in ourself, our innate abilities and skills. Confidence is the mark of a real achiever who strongly aims to transform himself into an excellent and powerful manager and human being.
When we transform into really confident managers and people, we operate at our best and are able to face any given life challenge, be it dealing with a ‘difficult’ colleague, boss or customer, handling a work project with tight deadlines, dealing with stress and anxiety, facing and managing a conflict situation or juggling our careers, family and personal lives.
Our self-confidence is communicated through words, action and our body language.
Hence, it is important to understand the link between our self-confidence and body language - when we lead a meeting, present a proposal or try to influence people at work or in family. Our body language is also "communicating" as we speak. Our body talks our mind! And if our body language communicates our self-confidence, we are much more likely to be successful in both work and personal relationships.
Body language awareness can also give us an edge when negotiating. If we can understand the key signs from the people we are dealing with, we can discover things that can help us reach a better deal.
In this invigorating workshop, Elisabetta, with her charisma and positive intellectual and emotional drive, will motivate you to discover an exciting new world of self- confidence which will empower you to build positive relationships with practical and easy tools to achieve a deeper level of real confidence and positive body language |
