Ramesh Rao holds bachelor’s degrees in engineering, finance and a master’s degree in finance & supply chain.  He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean leader, certified Agile practitioner, certified design thinking facilitator, a certified supply chain professional & certified adult educator (ACLP & DACE – SUSS).  During his 29 years of professional and leadership experience in multiple industries (Manufacturing, F&B, Retail, Finance, R&D, IT services, Education, Hospitality and more), he successfully applied Agile & Scrum framework and other performance excellence initiatives in multiple organizations (IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Supply chain etc) successfully, bringing greater efficiency and productivity in project delivery, product delivery and service delivery thus helping companies improve their revenue and profit significantly.  Currently Ramesh Rao runs a specialised consultancy focusing on company turnarounds, performance excellence and profit improvement.  Having DACE certification, the facilitator specialises in delivering effective adult education.  He also conducts courses & workshops in local universities in Singapore.
